About the Position In this part-time role, you will be the voice of blithequark, engaging in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries, and representing our clients in a positive and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to turn these conversations into valuable leads that contribute to our clients' revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations. Provide detailed and accurate information about our products and services through online chat, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits. Narrow down on appointment information to successfully schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, contributing to the growth of our clients' businesses. Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights that help in tailoring our services to meet evolving customer demands. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements. Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, preferably in retail or the automotive industry, although this is not a strict requirement. Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. Previous gaming experience can be beneficial due to the fast-paced nature of our chat environment. Above all, you must possess a positive and professional demeanor, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment is crucial for success in this position. Essential Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a flexible approach to work schedules. Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with the flexibility to attend 4 weeks of training from Tuesday to Saturday, 10AM – 6:30PM CST. Able to commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling available after completing the initial training period. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above being preferred for efficient communication.
