Job Overview In this role, you will play a vital part in providing a world-class experience to our business clients, addressing their concerns, and finding solutions that meet their needs. As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with our clients through inbound calls, visits, and messages. Your primary focus will be on resolving post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, and order notifications. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, approximately 50-60 calls per shift, in a fast-paced and highly organized environment. Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction targets and achieving customer care productivity metrics. Engage clients with enthusiasm and energy, building relationships and providing personalized support to address their concerns. Listen effectively and show empathy, understanding client needs and finding solutions to resolve their issues promptly and completely. De-escalate client concerns using peace-making skills, balancing client needs with business options while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Think critically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts or canned responses. Perform various tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly answer questions and provide support. Raise fundamental issues, identifying areas for improvement and sharing trends with leadership to drive continuous growth and development. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should: Be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or similar technologies. Be able to configure your computer to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload), with a private and dedicated workspace free from distractions and noise. Be available to work a part-time schedule, with a commitment to being available for your full shift every day. Pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the screening process. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree or higher. Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
