About the Role This part-time contracting role is a vital part of our Client Solutions team, playing a crucial role in ensuring our customers have access to the latest data from key retailers. As a Part-time Data Contractor, you will work online from 7-9 am PT, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, until January 31, 2025. Your primary responsibility will be to execute an outlined process, downloading and uploading files to our platform, and performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy. You may also engage in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for our growing customer base, responding to inquiries and triaging tickets via our Zendesk ticketing system. Key Responsibilities: Be online and available 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays, from 7-9 am PT, to support data ingestion into our platform Leverage an outlined process to download data from retailer portals and upload it into our system by 9 am PT Proactively update our internal team on any issues or delays via Slack Facilitate quality checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues that arise Triage inbound tickets and assign them to appropriate groups to resolve, if time allows Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via our Zendesk ticketing system, if time allows About You To succeed in this role, you should be a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. You should be comfortable working with data, performing quality checks, and using tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets. Effective time management and communication skills are essential, as you will be working remotely and collaborating with our team via Slack. While experience with Zendesk or other help desk software is a plus, it is not necessary for this role.
