Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for researching contact lists, scheduling appointments for Sales Associates, and performing various clerical duties to support the sales team. As a Researcher Assistant, you will play a vital role in identifying potential clients, setting up marketing campaigns, and making introductory calls to schedule meetings. With a focus on excellence and high standards, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve the company's goals. Key Responsibilities Research contact information for potential clients to enter into the marketing funnel, utilizing internet research skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, leveraging knowledge of email correspondence and marketing principles. Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless administrative support. Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Perform other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to supporting the team. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast and accurate typing skills, moderate knowledge of Excel, and proficiency in internet research and email correspondence are also essential. Additionally, you should have a commitment to excellence and high standards, acute attention to detail, and strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
