Join our team as an Inbound Sales Advisor and assist customers in selecting the best smart devices for their needs! This high-volume customer service role requires someone who is confident, a people person and can build relationships quickly with energy and enthusiasm.What You’ll Do: Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection. Guide customers through the purchasing process, making recommendations and ensuring they’re satisfied. Meet performance targets and qualify for bonuses based on individual performance.
