About the Role: Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to customers Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer dissatisfaction Adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information, ensuring that customers feel supported and informed Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously striving for excellence in customer service Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or G.E.D.
