Part-Time Non-Profit Ops/Office Manager(Must be Boston, MA Based)
Enroot is seeking a Part-Time Operations / Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the organization. This role is focused on execution, coordination, and continuity, ensuring that core office, finance, and people operations run smoothly. This is a part-time, hourly 1099 independent contractor role and is not eligible for benefits. The role reports to the Executive Director and works closely with members of the senior leadership team. Time Commitment & Work Structure - Must be based near Cambridge/Boston MA to be considered Up to 20 hours per week during the first 60–90 days, focused on transition support, documentation, and stabilization 15–20 hours per week thereafter, depending on organizational needs Hybrid role, with an estimated 3–6 hours per week in person in our Cambridge office for office-based tasks such as mail handling and time-sensitive coordination Remaining hours may be completed remotely Apply tot his job
