Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Job Summary We are currently seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Winchester, MO. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing clinical programs, collecting data, and training parents on behavioral protocols. This is a part-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for working with children. Key Responsibilities Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the behavior analyst, including ABA therapy sessions and behavioral interventions Create program materials when necessary, such as data sheets, graphs, and behavioral protocols Collect data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors, and graph data as required Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines Attend therapist trainings and participate in ongoing professional development Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate in good standing, or willingness to complete the certification requirements at the expense of ABA Squad Inc Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance (if applicable) Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, office machinery, and other devices associated with clinical treatment Strong communication skills, both written and oral Team-oriented attitude and ability to multitask Adaptability and eagerness to work in a changing environment Dependable and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) Experience working in an ABA clinical setting Knowledge of ABA principles and practices Experience with data collection and graphing Benefits and Compensation As a Part-Time RBT, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
