Product Knowledge: Stay informed about bolthires's products and services, including promotions, policies, and procedures, to provide accurate information and support to members. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist and communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
