We're a startup on the rise, passionate about celebrating the vibrant culture of Palm Springs in a way that's bold, fun, and fabulously unique. **Position Overview** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude.
