About the Role The Part Time Remote Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in our customer service team, responsible for receiving requests for technical assistance from customers, opening and submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and updates on the status of their requests. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are interested in working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online portal Open and submit tickets into the company's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive updates and exceptional service Email responses to customers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with the Help Desk team to ensure that tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status Requirements and Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills. While no prior experience is required, applicants with previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience with a technology company or busy online retailer will be given preference. Applicants must be comfortable working on a computer all day and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working on a computer all day Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service Preferred Qualifications Previous I.T.
