Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, including special education requirements. Requirements Proven experience working with students in an educational setting. Preferred experience in working remotely with students. Strong mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners. Proficiency in classroom management techniques. A background in special education is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
