As a Remote Therapist with our organization, you'll be an integral part of our mental health team, working closely with our Clinical Supervisor and other team members to deliver a wide range of therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team members in monthly meetings to discuss program development, clinical oversight, and staff enhancement, ensuring that our services are always improving and meeting the evolving needs of our clients. Provide a diverse array of therapeutic services, including assessments, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and case management for adults, children, and families, tailoring your approach to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Craft and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the specific requirements of clients, ensuring thorough and timely documentation in line with agency policies and maintaining the highest standards of care. Adhere to agency standards for billable services and contribute to peer reviews and program evaluations to improve service delivery, sharing your insights and expertise to enhance our overall service quality. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the principles and practices of mental health care. Current Illinois State License in Professional Counseling or Social Work, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the highest standards of care. Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services to adults and children, including case management, showcasing your ability to work effectively with diverse client populations. A proficient understanding of community mental health settings and telehealth modalities, enabling you to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of remote mental health service delivery.
