Part-Time Talent Sourcer (LinkedIn Recruiter)
We are a growing recruitment team looking for a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Talent Sourcer to help us find top-tier talent for our clients. In this role, you will be the engine of our recruitment pipeline, using your expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, attract, and engage potential candidates. Key Responsibilities: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter as the primary tool to source and identify qualified candidates for various open positions. Review and analyze job descriptions to understand key requirements and create effective boolean search strings. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Pre-screen candidate profiles for basic role alignment and interest. Maintain accurate and organized records of all sourced candidates in our system. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, or in a similar role. Must have hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
