Role Overview Synoptic Media is a lead generation company focused exclusively on selling qualified leads to professional service businesses (financial planners, lawyers, etc.). We are looking for a results-driven Pay-Per-Lead specialist who can: Build, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns Deliver consistent, high-quality leads Work under clear performance expectations and quality controls This role is execution-heavy. Strategy is secondary to performance. Responsibilities Launch and manage lead generation campaigns (Meta, Google, or both) Build simple, compliant lead funnels (ads → landing page → form) Optimise for lead quality, not just volume Track CPL, lead validity, and conversion quality Adjust targeting, creatives, and offers based on real data Deliver leads in an agreed format and timeframe Communicate clearly on performance, issues, and improvements What This Role Is (and Is Not) ✅ Performance-based, repeat work if you deliver ✅ Clear expectations and measurable KPIs ❌ Not a “passive” role ❌ Not a theory or consulting role ❌ Not for beginners or course-only learners Required Experience (Non-Negotiable) Proven experience running pay-per-lead campaigns Demonstrable past results (screenshots, metrics, or case studies) Experience with service-based lead generation (law, finance, trades, healthcare) Understanding of lead quality validation (duplicates, fake data, intent) Tools & Skills Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads Funnel tools (basic landing pages, forms, integrations) CRM or lead delivery systems (even simple spreadsheets + webhooks) Strong optimisation and troubleshooting mindset Paid per project / per client Bonuses or increased work volume based on performance Long-term collaboration possible only if results are consistent Apply tot his job
