Payroll Accountant

MEK Group LLC is a large but growing company with headquarters in Pittsburgh, seeking a Payroll Accountant to join their expanding team. The role involves preparing and processing payroll, ensuring accurate entries, and collaborating with various company divisions. Responsibilities Prepare and process payroll for salary, weekly and biweekly employees Determine and correct out-of-balance conditions to ensure accurate payroll entries Process Multi-State, Union, Hourly and Salary payroll utilizing ADP software Communication with company offices and divisions to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of payroll Input time, material and expenses into appropriate software system Process bank transactions, Paycard funding and direct deposit reversals Proactively research and resolve issues that arrive by reviewing time-cards, communicating with employees and following up with specific offices Analyze and reconcile payroll reports and work with accounting department to resolve out-of-balance reconciliations Skills 1 - 5 years experience processing payroll for hourly employees Experience with processing multi-state payroll Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Demonstrated problem solving ability Strong Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills dealing with internal and external customers ADP or Kronos experience highly desirable Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview Proveedores globales de servicios de ingeniería y componentes multi-tecnología para el mercado de la Automoción It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in Málaga, Andalucia, ESP, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
