Pega QA Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega QA Lead to oversee and drive the quality assurance efforts for Pega applications. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading QA activities, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Pega, a strong automation background, and leadership experience in QA teams. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies covering functionality, performance, security, and usability of Pega applications. Create detailed manual and automated test cases, ensuring complete coverage of application requirements. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Cypress, Selenium, and PegaUnit. Implement and manage test automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript to improve test efficiency and coverage. Log, track, and manage defects. Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on application quality. Conduct performance and load testing. Execute regression tests to ensure application stability. Continuously assess and enhance QA tools, techniques, and best practices. Maintain clear records of test cases, test results, defect logs, and QA metrics. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role. Strong experience in QA for Pega or similar BPM platforms. Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Cypress and Selenium. Proficiency in Java and JavaScript for building and maintaining automation frameworks. Strong understanding of PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and Pega testing frameworks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proven ability to lead QA efforts in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the Healthcare industry. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Senior System Architect (CSSA). Apply tot his job
