People Ops Coordinator
## What You Will Do Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions and needs, delivering timely and professional support. Own all data entry in our HRIS and PEO as part of our internal control processes. Manage the end-to-end coordination of the employee life cycle, including assisting with data entry and project management of onboarding and offboarding processes. Handle employment verification requests with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. Maintain employee data and records in alignment with internal controls and compliance standards. Provide administrative assistance for performance management processes and related programs. Support the implementation of key People Ops programs and initiatives. ## Who You Are You are detail-oriented and excel at staying organized and managing your time effectively.
