Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative in our PepsiCo Customer Service Center , you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to PepsiCo products and services. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide product information, process orders, and resolve customer concerns. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Maintain accurate customer records and data in company systems. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management. Follow PepsiCo’s policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service. Assist in generating reports and tracking customer service metrics. Qualifications & Skills: No prior experience required —training will be provided! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently. High school diploma or equivalent required. Work-from-Home Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection .
