Personal CFO / Financial Strategist – Deep Financial Analysis & Capital Allocation (Consulting)
Job Description I’m looking for a Personal CFO / Financial Strategist to help me deeply understand my current financial position and think clearly about how to deploy capital going forward. This is not asset management, not insurance sales, and not a product-driven role. I’m looking for thinking, analysis, and strategic guidance, not someone trying to sell me anything. What I’m looking for help with: Deep financial analysis Review and break down my current personal and business financials Help me clearly understand cash flow, net worth, liquidity, risk exposure, and concentration Identify inefficiencies, blind spots, or areas where capital is underutilized Capital allocation & investing strategy Discuss where and how to invest capital across multiple asset types, not just one lane This could include: Active or semi-active businesses Real estate Private opportunities Public markets (stocks/ETFs) — but not exclusively The goal is clarity and decision-making, not hype or speculation Strategic thinking, not theory I want someone who can speak practically about money, tradeoffs, and opportunity cost Someone who understands how decisions change based on different budget sizes and risk tolerance Important clarifications ❌ I am not looking for: Insurance sales AUM-based wealth management “One-size-fits-all” portfolios Generic financial advice ✅ I am looking for: Consulting-based guidance Clear frameworks for thinking about money Someone who can explain why they think the way they do Ideal background Experience as a Personal CFO, financial strategist, or senior financial consultant Comfortable working with: Entrepreneurs Multiple income streams Business owners Bonus (not required): You have personally built wealth or invested across more than one asset class You can speak from real experience, not just textbooks Engagement structure Open to hourly, project-based, or short-term consulting The first step will likely be a paid discovery / strategy session Long-term work is possible if there’s a strong fit To apply Please do not send a generic proposal. In your response, briefly answer: How do you typically help clients understand their money at a high level? How do you think about capital allocation across different types of investments? What type of clients do you work best with? Concise, thoughtful answers are preferred over long sales pitches. Final note I’m looking for someone who can think with me, not manage my money for me. If that resonates with how you work, I’d like to talk. Apply tot his job
