Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Project Manager Duration: 6-months Location: Indianapolis, IN or Remote Start Date: November 24th, 2025 Job Description: The Pharmacovigilance Project Manager supports the execution and strategic alignment of key transformation initiatives across Global Patient Strategy (GPS). Reporting to the Senior Director, PV Strategy and Transformation, this role coordinates operational activities across workstreams, tracks progress toward strategic goals, and ensures visibility of key initiatives. The position is responsible for collecting and analyzing data, identifying success stories, and translating metrics into clear, impactful narratives that demonstrate business value. Acting as a central coordinator, the Manager/Senior Manager partners closely with communications, project management, and leadership teams to drive alignment, transparency, and execution excellence. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution • Support the execution of the transformation's operational plan, closely collaborating with the Senior Director, PV Strategy and Transformation. This includes tracking progress against change management milestones and providing operational data to support narratives and executive-level presentations. • Support the implementation of the functional transformation by focusing on tracking implementation timelines, milestones, and defined measures. This role will coordinate with communications partners to provide the operational details needed for their plans and content. • Support the implementation of centralized changes, including: • Process – Support process simplification and "stop, start, shift" work by coordinating activities, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment with the project management team. • Measurement– Track and report on defined measures and milestones, providing the raw data and progressupdates required for executive dashboards and reports. Organizational Effectiveness Development and Logistic Support • Collaborate across GPS and the PV Strategy team to ensure a cohesive operational approach, interfacing with communications partners to ensure strategic messaging is aligned with the latest operational status. • Participate in organizational design conversations and OCM needs. This includes helping to coordinate feedback mechanisms and consolidating insights for review by senior leadership. • Support or manage special projects as directed, requiring the ability to track and report on project status, challenges, and proposed solutions, providing these updates for inclusion in executive presentations. • Support the function on key initiatives by coordinating operational activities, tracking timelines, and ensuring milestones are met. • Support the identification and prioritization of key strategic initiatives to improve VEO business processes by gathering data, tracking potential impacts, and contributing to data-driven proposals. • Coordinate the logistics and execution of function-wide shared learning initiatives. Operational Excellence • Support transformation activities by applying a working knowledge of organizational design and changing management principles, helping to identify operational impacts and dependencies. Provide technical and operational support across the function to enable the efficient use of software, tools, and platforms. • Support the development and production of high-quality, executive-level slide presentations by gathering, consolidating, and verifying all necessary operational data, progress updates, and metrics from workstream leads. • Ensure all operational data and reporting provided for executive-facing materials is accurate, validated, and up-to-date. • Collect and organize complex data and concepts from various sources, interfacing with comms and analytics partners to support the creation of easily understandable visuals and reports. Qualifications: Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. • Work experience preferably in a health-related, scientific, or engineering field. Technical Expertise • Demonstrated track record of successful execution and operational support of complex initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, particularly in tracking, verifying, and reporting on data and metrics. • Proficient in Smartsheet or similar project/work management tools for tracking, workflow automation, and collaboration. • Demonstrated experience in supporting change management and process improvement initiatives. • Excellent ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively within and across teams to gather information and align activities. • Strong comprehension, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consolidate and report on complex information clearly and concisely. • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute tasks as directed with precision and reliability. Other Information/Additional Preferences: • Previous experience with or knowledge of drug development processes in specific therapeutic area(s) • Expertise in implementing change management frameworks and organizational development strategies. • Experience building change solutions with shown success.
