Phone Sales Closer (Remote - Part Time)

Hourly Pay: $16/hour Commission: $100 per sale Schedule: 4 hours per day - 5 days per week Pay Frequency: Every 2 weeks Monthly OTE: $5,280 ($1,280 base + ~$4,000 commission)We’re looking for a confident, naturally conversational Phone Sales Closer to join our remote sales team. This is not cold calling. You’ll be speaking with exclusive warm leads - people who have recently enrolled in a wealth creation program and have already expressed interest in building an online business. Your role is to conduct onboarding strategy calls, understand their goals and challenges, and determine whether it makes sense for them to move forward into one of our more premium programs that offers personalized, hands-on support. What You’ll Be Doing Calling warm, inbound leads only (no lead sourcing required) • Conducting structured onboarding-style calls and holding strategy conversations • Establishing authority, trust, and rapport quickly • Asking the right questions to uncover goals, challenges, and pain points • Where it fits, confidently presenting a premium program as the logical next step • Enrolling qualified prospects over the phone, in a 1-call close • Accurately updating call outcomes in our CRM Performance Expectations At least 12 completed conversations per day • Approximately 35–40 dials per day to reach that target • 10 closed sales per week This role is performance-based. Consistent results are expected after a short ramp and training period.Compensation & Growth • $16/hour base pay • $100 commission per sale • Average target: ~40 sales per month • Monthly OTE: $5,280 There is uncapped earning potential.
