Job Summary We are seeking a licensed and registered Physical Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Physical Therapist with Tender Touch Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, inpatient, clinics, nursing homes, and acute care hospitals. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, treatment plans, and modalities to patients, while ensuring that all documentation and regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders Develop and implement treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities Ensure that physician orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges Provide treatment to patients utilizing various modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions Complete all required documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state, as applicable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient, rehabilitation centers, long-term care, and acute care hospitals Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and documentation systems Certifications in specialized areas, such as orthopedics, neurology, or pediatrics What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary range: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and vision coverage 401K plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee assistance program Career Growth and Learning Opportunities: Unparalleled schedule flexibility and supportive company culture Dynamic company partnerships to ensure career stability Online CEU credits and professional development opportunities Promotion, advancement, and transfer opportunities Referral bonus program eligibility Student mentor program Work Environment and Culture: At Tender Touch Rehab, we pride ourselves on a company culture that values compassion, integrity, and innovation.
