Physician Liaison, Central & North Louisiana
About the position Responsibilities • Initiate and maintain regular communication with referring providers through various channels including peer-to-peer interactions, routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls. • Serve as the point of contact and liaison partner to MBPCC physicians in designated territory, working collaboratively to highlight the Cancer Center’s expertise. • Utilize Salesforce and OneAnalytics to analyze market trends, monitor referral activity, develop territory plan, and track new patient growth. • Collaborate with counterparts in marketing & communications to ensure timely, brand-focused messaging is deployed to providers Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, healthcare management, or related fields required • 2-5 years of relevant experience within oncology or healthcare industry required • Must be available to attend community events and sponsored functions as needed • Must be highly-organized and detail-oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient with monitoring CRM and market analytics data, preferably via Salesforce platform • Ability to pull general analytical territory reports associated with the appropriate reporting tools and job functions • Comfortable travelling within a 100-300 mile radius weekly.
