Planning Project Coordinator I
Job Description: • Support project teams delivering electric system planning and engineering studies and/or solutions • Coordinate with Engineering Leads to track and execute client deliverables • Accept responsibility for overall project performance and reporting • Communicate effectively with project teams, functional leaders, and support personnel • Create and maintain resource loaded schedules utilizing MS Project • Complete monthly client invoicing, accruals, and accounts receivable within prescribed time frames • Assist with the preparation of bid documents, cost estimates, and responses to Requests for Proposal Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Organizational Management or a closely related discipline • Ideal candidate will have 2+ year of demonstrated experience in project management, scheduling, and/or coordination • Must be capable of planning, organizing, directing, and tracking technical efforts on assigned tasks • Experience managing and reporting project financial performance, budgets, proposals, scopes, and schedules • Experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office Suite • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to interact with stakeholders in an effective manner Benefits: • Health and Wellness programs • Income Protection • Paid Leave • Retirement • Flexible work arrangements • Professional Development & Continuing Education Resources • Leadership Training & Technical Upskilling Opportunities • Formal Mentorship programs • Management opportunities Apply tot his job
