As a POS Specialist, you will be responsible for managing point of sales items, coordinating with sales teams and warehouse personnel, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Managing POS for Multiple Branches: You will be responsible for overseeing point of sales items across multiple branches, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Binding and Assembly of POS Materials: You will perform the binding and assembly of POS materials as necessary and needed in the marketplace. Organizing, Packaging, Storage, and Delivery of Goods: You will participate in various activities such as organizing, packaging, storage, and delivery of goods as required. Receiving and Processing Materials: You will receive materials and supplies daily and place them in their designated locations. Maintaining Accurate Inventory: You will maintain accurate count and inventory of all POS coming in and going out daily. Communication with Sales Team and Warehouse: You will communicate with sales teams and warehouse personnel to ensure that items are getting loaded and delivered. Ordering POS as Needed: You will order POS as needed or requested. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is necessary for this role. Forklift Certification: Forklift certification is required, but we offer assistance with certification efforts if you're not already certified. Lifting 50lbs: You must be able to lift 50lbs. Preferred Qualifications Inventory Management Experience: Experience with inventory management processes is preferred. Forklift Operation Experience: Forklift operation experience is preferred. Skills and Competencies Inventory Processes: Knowledge of inventory processes to assist with receiving, tracking, routing, and monitoring.
