PPC Ads Manager

Introduction: We are seeking a skilled and experienced PPC Ads Manager to join our team. This full-time role involves managing multiple Google Ads accounts for various clients, focusing on optimizing ad spend to drive conversions, enhance brand visibility, and achieve high ROI. Tasks: Manage multiple Google Ads accounts for various clients. Handle all aspects of Google Ads: setup, keyword research, ad creation, campaign management, performance tracking, and reporting. Create custom performance reports and weekly recap emails on KPIs. Provide 24/7 access to the reporting platform and ensure timely email responses (1-day SLA). Conduct account audits, develop account structures, analyze historical performance, and create buyer personas. Perform comprehensive keyword research for each location/service. Create compelling ad copy and extensions. Run A/B testing for ads and landing pages. Implement advanced bidding strategies, monitor performance, and adjust bids. Manage search campaigns (brand, competitive, categorical). Handle shopping ads, including Google Merchant Center setup and optimization. Oversee YouTube audience targeting and content ads (client-provided content). Manage display, remarketing, and audience targeting ads. Set up and optimize Google Local Services Ads to generate qualified leads. Manage conversion tracking and provide weekly performance updates. Deliver monthly and quarterly performance summaries, budget analysis, and strategy updates. Qualifications: 4 + Proven experience in managing Google Ads accounts and PPC campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
