Remote, USA Full-time
Role: PPC Contractor Company: Launch With Us Function: PPC | Google Ads | Acquisition Strategy Responsibility: Drive new customer growth via PPC strategies for our e-commerce clients Reports to: Senior Account Manager Location: Remote First Compensation: £1500 - £2000 per Month (B2B Contract) Background: Launch With Us is one of the fastest-growing advertising agencies in the UK, specialising in e-commerce brands. Founded in 2021 by a team of seasoned leaders, we’ve quickly grown to a high-performing team of 12 A-Players. In the past year alone, we’ve successfully managed over £8 million in Meta and TikTok ads, generating profitable results for clients including Khanum’s, Lucy & Lola, Ovrload, DJK, Bubble Panda, and Watermans. As we continue to scale, we are evolving our organisational structure, recruitment processes, and sales funnels to accelerate growth. We are now looking for a PPC Contractor to partner with us in delivering and optimising paid search campaigns for our DTC clients, ensuring they meet their monthly growth targets through precise, data-driven execution. This is a contract role reporting directly to a Senior Account Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple client accounts, following provided strategies and briefs. Your work will be guided by our core values of extreme ownership, quality, happiness, and profit — with the focus on flawless campaign execution. You will work independently, using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Triple Whale to make performance-based adjustments and ensure campaign targets (CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, ad spend) are consistently achieved. This is a project-based, results-driven opportunity — ideal for an experienced PPC professional who thrives in a fast-moving, execution-first environment and wants to contribute directly to Launch With Us’ continued growth. Requirements You need at least 2 years of experience running Google Ads for e-commerce brands. Previous agency experience is ideal. A broad understanding of Shopify and e-commerce. If you’ve never heard of Shopify, Klaviyo, or Triple Whale then this role won’t be for you. You must have extensive knowledge of the operations and advertising strategies of high-level ecommerce brands. Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimise PPC campaigns for multiple high-spending eCommerce clients across Google Ads, following provided strategies and briefs. Manage daily campaign performance — including bids, budgets, and targeting — to ensure CAC, ROAS, and ad spend targets are met. Monitor and analyse campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Triple Whale, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance. Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, spend, and results for client reporting. Communicate progress, results, and any campaign updates with assigned clients and the internal team via Slack and Google Meet. Follow established internal processes and contribute feedback on ways to improve execution workflows. Stay up to date with Google Ads platform updates and relevant PPC best practices to maintain effective campaign execution. Ideal Candidate Qualities: Takes ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables. Has strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution. Is dependable, organised, and able to self-manage workload effectively. Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues. Adapts quickly to changing campaign needs and priorities. Benefits Opportunity to work alongside a world-class team of high-performing digital marketing professionals. Exposure to multiple fast-growing eCommerce brands, gaining insights into how they succeed in competitive markets. Access to relevant training materials and resources to support role execution and skill development. Flexible, remote working arrangement. Clear briefs and structured processes to ensure smooth workflow and expectations. Launch With Us is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, where all of our employees have equal access to opportunities and everyone’s voices are heard. We respect and value all differences (seen and unseen) and strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds, which will be considered regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, pregnancy and maternity, disability, or age. Due to the evolving nature of the business, the job holder may be required to carry out duties that are not detailed within this job description. Originally posted on Himalayas
