As our firm continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about managing cases with precision, empathy, and efficiency. As a Pre-litigation Paralegal you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload with cases originating in Arizona. You will assist the attorney in all aspects of the case including developing settlements, preparing documents and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic. What You'll Do: • Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, via telephone and in person • Order medical records from providers and communicate with clients and providers during the course of treatment • Obtain documents necessary to support injury and/or liability positions • Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances • Negotiate case settlements with insurance carriers and negotiate a deduction of outstanding medical balances with providers • Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files • Maintain organized case files • Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble support for submission to carriers • Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required • Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal preferred with cases originating in Arizona • At least 2 years of working in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred • Negotiating skills • Ability to be a team player and follow procedures • Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies and medical providers • Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail • Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm Why TopDog Law Is The Place To Be: • Join the fastest-growing law firm in the U.S. and be part of a team driven by momentum, innovation, and real impact • Work fully remote from anywhere, supported by a high-performance culture built on speed, accountability, and results • Do meaningful work that directly contributes to firm growth, client outcomes, and operational excellence • Grow your career quickly with real opportunities for advancement, we promote from within • Thrive in a culture of innovation focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-quality execution • Benefit from leadership that invests heavily in people, technology, training, and long-term success ️ • Earn competitive compensation and strong benefits, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and protection plans • Receive a 4% 401(k) company match, helping you build long-term financial security from day one • Access company-paid holidays, two floating holidays, and five paid sick days (with rollover up to 10 days) • Enjoy generous paid time off: • * 120 hours in year one • 160 hours beginning your second anniversary • 200 hours annually starting your fifth anniversary Apply tot his job
