Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for leveraging insights to generate strategic pricing recommendations, optimizing processes, and analyzing performance. Responsibilities Drive pricing analysis in strategic projects to generate insights and develop commercial solutions Partner with field sales to provide fact-based analytics for customer negotiations Gather and structure ambiguous data sets to identify financial opportunities Build dynamic pricing models, simulations, and tools to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions Monitor and report pricing activities, performance, and competitive trends Develop and maintain pricing guidance, policies and processes Partner with European pricing counterparts to align global pricing tools, policies, and reports Evaluate customer and contract performance and recommend action steps to drive improvement Coloplast employees are required to conduct business to the highest ethical and professional standards; comply with applicable laws and regulations, the MedTech Code of Conduct, and company policies Other job duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar Demonstrated ability to execute analyses, develop and implement models and reports, and present to audiences across functional areas Experience in pricing, finance, or business analytics within the medical device or healthcare industry Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools Ability to present financial information to executive management and non-finance audiences Demonstrated ability produce results with a high level of attention to detail Collaborative approach to problem solving, building relationships globally and cross-functionally Self-motivated and high energy personality thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by growth and change Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently and to challenge the status quo and create best practices Experience with Cognos, Enterprise One, and data warehouse structures Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to keep you and your family healthy.
