We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and driven Pricing Analyst to join our team. Salary: $70k – $80k Job Type: Existing Vacancy Location: Remote (Canada) Job Summary The Pricing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s pricing strategy by analyzing pricing data and maintaining pricing tools. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and Data teams to ensure pricing accuracy, data integrity, and informed decision-making across both existing and new business. What you will be doing: • Analyze pricing, cost, and margin data to support profitability and pricing strategy • Maintain and enhance pricing models, tools, and reporting used across the organization • Monitor pricing changes and ensure accurate tracking and documentation over time • Review existing business pricing to identify opportunities, risks, or inconsistencies • Support new business pricing and contract reviews in collaboration with Sales and Finance • Work with the Data team to validate pricing and cost data and resolve data quality issues • Prepare pricing analysis, reports, and insights for internal stakeholders • Support continuous improvement of pricing processes and controls • Participate in ad hoc analytical and cross-functional projects as needed What we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a similar analytical role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Advanced Microsoft Excel & BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Ability to interpret large datasets and communicate insights clearly • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Experience in waste management, environmental services, or a related industry is considered an asset Why Work at Waste Solutions? • Embrace Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Canada • Team Camaraderie & Culture: Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team • Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive base salary aligned with experience • Benefits & Retirement: Choose from our benefits plans and RRSP matching options • Perks: Company events, volunteer hours, birthday day off, wellness benefit, and more Waste Solutions Canada is an equal opportunity employer and will make accommodations available to applicants with disabilities upon request and throughout the recruitment process.
