This is a role for a strategic leader and trusted advisor, not a traditional quota-driven salesperson. You will be empowered to design and execute enterprise-level engagements that redefine our clients' competitive advantage. Your Mandate: Strategic Autonomy and Mastery This is a high-impact, principal-level role focused on establishing deep, long-term strategic partnerships with founders, visionaries, and integrators. You will be the architect of our most significant enterprise engagements, from initial strategic audit to the successful realization of a complete AI culture transformation. Your mission is to guide companies through a true company transformation, building them a competitive advantage and the capability to accelerate growth. This journey blends strategic consulting, hands-on team development, and inclusion in our exclusive mastermind community, delivering a complete return of investment within three to six months. You will be the trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate the complexities of AI adoption and unlock real business value. Your core responsibilities will include: • Leading strategic engagements with founders, visionaries, and integrators from companies attending our roundtables, conducting in-depth AI audits to identify their unique challenges and opportunities. • Proactively identifying and initiating contact with C-suite leaders in our target market (25–500 employees) to secure participation in our executive roundtables. • Architecting and closing complex, high-value engagements ($50,000–$200,000+ annually). • Driving a holistic offering that includes AI culture change and cross-training across the organization. This includes working with leadership teams, project managers, and frontline employees through a mix of internal and external masterminds, and demonstrating impact through pulse survey tracking of team improvement. • Acting as a long-term strategic partner to clients, ensuring their continued success and uncovering expansion opportunities. What This Role Isn't This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. You will not be judged by call counts or demo numbers. This is not about pushing a generic solution. We focus on deep discovery, tailored strategies, and creating long-term partnerships. You are selling true culture change, which requires depth, nuance, and strategic thinking. The Rewards for Your Expertise • A high-performance compensation package with unlimited earning potential, designed for a true partner in our growth: • Ongoing Base Salary: Competitive range of $120,000–$150,000 for stability and focus. • Multi-tiered Commission Structure: • 10% initial commission upon closing, • 5% commission at the 90-day milestone, • 3% commission at the one-year anniversary.
