Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to protect Discover Financial Services' assets and customer data Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers in the development and maintenance of open source security solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technology and incorporate them into our cybersecurity processes Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in our systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Monitor and analyze security logs and events to identify potential threats and take appropriate action Develop and implement incident response plans in the event of a cybersecurity breach Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization on cybersecurity matters Continuously evaluate and improve our cybersecurity processes and procedures Mentor and train junior members of the team to enhance their skills and knowledge in cybersecurity and AI/ML technology.
