Principal Technical Consultant, Call Center

In this role, you will use your technical expertise and customer service experience to help our clients optimize their call center operations and drive business success. Lead and manage the Call Center practice within ServiceNow, including overseeing the implementation and delivery of projects for our clients. Utilize technical expertise to provide guidance and solutions to clients in optimizing their call center operations. Act as a subject matter expert in call center technology, processes, and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and recommend solutions that align with their needs. Conduct thorough analysis of client call center operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our call center solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams within ServiceNow to develop and implement new features and enhancements to our call center products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the call center space to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive. Provide training and support to clients on the use of our call center products, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization. Act as a customer advocate within ServiceNow, providing feedback and insights to help improve our products and services. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Continuously monitor and track performance metrics to ensure project success and identify areas for improvement.
