Description The Privacy Officer will oversee and perform essential privacy operations functions within the assigned affiliate of the company’s privacy and information security program. This role encompasses activities related to the confidentiality, access, use, and disclosure of protected health information and other confidential information. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to applicable Federal and State regulations, investigating privacy incidents, and maintaining documentation to ensure timely reporting to patients and governmental entities as required by law.
