You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products. Your proactive approach will help us build positive, lasting relationships with our customers, driving loyalty and retention. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide excellent customer support and information via phone or email to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products * Proactively contact customers to help them have the ultimate customer care experience, ensuring they're happy with their purchase * Support the department and team leads with operational projects, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively * Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations, including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed, while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude **Skills for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong computer navigation and telephone skills * Excellent typing skills * Ability to problem-solve and take part in discussions as a consultant * Strong negotiation and solution-creation skills to meet client, customer, and arenaflex objectives * A full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines * High school diploma or equivalent * One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers) * Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base * Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail **Nice to Have** * Degree in a relevant or related field **Remote Work Requirements** To work from home as a Proactive Customer Recall Agent, you'll need: * To be a Michigan resident * High-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline * A secluded and distraction-free work environment **The Remote Experience** Wondering what it's like to work for arenaflex from home?
