Product analyst for Magnetics
About the position Responsibilities • Monitoring and analyzing key product and payment funnel metrics • Working with user segments (incl. high-value customers) • Identifying anomalies in KPIs and finding their root causes • Generating hypotheses and uncovering growth opportunities • Supporting the development of our BI infrastructure (database + Tableau dashboards) • Contributing to business planning and modeling Requirements • 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics with a focus on product metrics • Proficient SQL (PostgreSQL), Google Sheets, and Excel • Solid foundation in statistics and probability • Strong data visualization skills (preferably Tableau) • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, payments, marketing, retention, etc.) • Excellent analytical thinking, self-organization, and attention to detail • Ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • English - at least Intermediate (read documentation) Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of column-oriented storages (e.g., BigQuery, AWS Athena) • Strong GA4 analysis skills (analytics only — no setup required) Benefits • Office in Kyiv or Remote • 50% coverage of courses, training, and language programs • 100% coverage of team training programs • Free legal consultations + 50% discount on services • Health insurance • Flexible work schedule • Regular salary reviews • Friendly and curious team with team buildings across Ukraine Apply tot his job
