Product Design Analyst

They are seeking a Product Design Analyst to collaborate with business lines, define user needs, and ensure design efforts align with product vision while engaging in personal growth and development activities. Responsibilities Collaborate with Business Lines Participate in design sessions with various business lines to gather, refine, and document requirements Act as a user advocate, listening to pain points and identifying opportunities for improvement Identify and articulate problem statements and user needs, ensuring solutions are rooted in real business challenges and user feedback Challenge the status quo and strive for simplification and standardization Work closely with design leads to prioritize and plan the design workload for each sprint and quarter Assist with pre-work, schedule meetings and agendas, and document meeting minutes Participate actively in design sessions (as driver or supporter depending on topic complexity), write user stories, and triage defects (first pass on all team defects) Support release/sprint assignments and demo day participation Ensure all design efforts align with the overarching pillars of our product vision: user experience, operational cohesion, data quality, automation, and AI Focus on designing scalable, configuration-based solutions that minimize custom code and maximize platform capabilities Identify stories with cross-team impacts, support development of project plans and vision documents, and help establish functional best practices Maintain relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs), partner with Product Change Liaisons (PCLs) to drive release readiness, and support development and testing teams with functionality questions Engage in upskilling activities, such as Agile training, nCino and Salesforce certifications, and develop industry and functional expertise (e.g., credit and underwriting) Skills Demonstrated experience in product design, preferably within financial technology or similar domains Familiarity with end-to-end capability blueprints and business line processes is a plus Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies, user research, requirement gathering, and user story writing Ability to translate business needs into actionable design solutions Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and facilitate design sessions Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demo days Familiarity with nCino and Salesforce platforms, configuration-based solution design, and minimizing platform code-based customizations Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment Commitment to personal growth, including pursuing relevant certifications and developing expertise in industry-specific functions Benefits Comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision) Disability and group term life insurance Health and flexible spending accounts Utilization bonus 401(k) with match Flexible time off for salaried employees Parental leave for salaried employees Flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements) Company Overview Founded in tandem with Turnberry Solutions, Crew serves as an innovative talent development program for both Turnberry and our clients by focusing exclusively on high-performing early-career consultants.
