Our Retention team plays a key role in shaping how patients and therapists stay engaged with our platform. As a Product Designer, you’ll design intuitive solutions that improve user experience, strengthen relationships, and support our mission of transforming mental healthcare. You'll join a cross-functional team that works closely with Clinical Operations, Clinical Experts, and Legal teams, to solve complex retention challenges. We're looking for someone who thrives in this collaborative environment and can build bridges across different functions. As part of our Product Trio model, you'll share equal accountability for team success alongside the Product Manager and Tech Lead, ensuring design and UX thinking is integrated into every strategic decision. AS A PRODUCT DESIGNER YOU WILL: Design systems and user flows that enhance therapist and patient experiences across web and mobile. Create prototypes and validate user journeys through research and testing. Collaborate with operations, legal, and clinical experts to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and impactful. Partner with Product and Tech to integrate design into every stage of delivery. Contribute to design critiques, share best practices, and help strengthen Unobravo’s design culture. ⚙️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: Strong expertise in UX/UI design, with experience in multi-step workflows and data-heavy interfaces. Proficiency in prototyping, information architecture, and design systems. Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ideally with experience in healthcare, operations, or complex service environments. A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, with clear problem solving, collaboration, and measurable impact. English fluency Located in Italy or Spain. Please share at least one case study showing your process from problem definition to solution, impact, and learnings.
