Overview Guidepoint is seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our NextGen platform. Sitting at the intersection of AI, workflow optimization, and tool innovation, this role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of an AI-driven transformation at a global leader in information services. You will lead the development of intelligent, scalable features—from high-performance curation tools to smart assistants and embedded AI agents that streamline manual workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and thoughtful product manager who thrives in fast-moving environments. You're comfortable navigating both the big picture and the fine detail—able to define product direction, dig into user pain points, and collaborate closely with engineering and design to bring ideas to life. You have strong product fundamentals, a user-first mindset, and the communication skills to align stakeholders and drive execution across teams. You're energized by building tools that simplify complex workflows and deliver meaningful impact. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto. What You’ll Do Own the roadmap for key components of Guidepoint’s NextGen Platform Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and augmentation—exploring and validating solutions through data analysis, user research, and A/B testing to drive business impact Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories Partner with the design team to create modern, intuitive, user-centric designs and mock-ups Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for their needs and prioritizing development that delivers the greatest impact Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to build AI-assisted features Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, improve advisor targeting, and improve business metrics Own performance metrics for adoption, workflow efficiency, and output quality Own product rollout planning and execution, including training, documentation, virtual demos, and in-person presentations What You Have 4–7 years of product management experience in an agile environment, ideally building matching platforms, internal tools or AI-powered features Extremely high empathy towards user problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Strong system thinking with a track record of improving complex workflows or high-data environments Experience working with (or adjacent to) AI/ML teams is a plus Proven experience working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams especially to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.
