What we're Looking for? MVPRockets is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity & strong product management background. Responsibilities Work with the leadership & manage the entire product roadmap - vision & implementation Use data to understand user behaviour, hypothesize and come up with solutions Have strong solution skills in translating customer needs to product functionalities Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners Influence the execution without authority Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and deliver features on time Stay abreast about the market and competitions Act like an owner for the success of your product. Requirement A minimum of 3+ yrs experience in product management A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills Prior tech/development experience a huge plus MBA or prior startup experience preferred Have strong presentation skills Ability to think creatively and solve the problem Very good written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with the agile development framework and strong delivery capabilities Prior experience working with distributed teams a huge plus About Us MVPRockets is building the future of starting up.
