Job Description As Product Manager Shopping, you will own the end-to-end transactional funnel (search ➝ product page ➝ cart ➝ checkout ➝ payment). Your mission is to increase conversion, average basket, and margin while delivering a seamless, personalized, and engaging user experience. You will work at the intersection of Data, Tech, Design, and Sales team, translating business priorities and user needs into concrete and measurable outcomes. Your Missions Define and own the product vision for the shopping funnel, aligned with company growth and user goals. Continuously improve search for relevance, speed, and personalization. Optimize product pages for engagement, reassurance, and conversion (clear storytelling, options, CTAs). Deploy personalization at scale through: continuous iterations on ranking of offers, declarative iterations to capture user preferences, pre-configuration of journeys and options based on profiles. Champion user experience with an obsession to simplify the journey: reduce friction, shorten the number of clicks, and make checkout effortless. Leverage data and experimentation (analytics, cohorts, A/B testing, user research) to drive prioritization and measure impact. Collaborate with Data, Tech, Design, and Sales team to deliver business-aligned, user-centric shopping experiences. Champion CRO best practices and act as the internal reference for e-commerce conversion, up to Comex level. Qualifications 6+ years’ experience in high-volume e-commerce, with proven ownership of conversion and revenue Track record in CRO, personalization, search, and product page optimization. Strong collaboration with Sales teams (margins, merchandising, partnerships). Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into measurable outcomes. Excellent communicator, able to align and influence at Comex level. Fluent in French & English. Sensitivity to user experience and a true obsession for simplifying the customer journey.
