Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure
Job Description: • Shape the future of Netflix's cloud infrastructure product portfolio across compute, networking, storage, and platform services • Drive product vision and strategy for cloud cost efficiency, visibility, optimization, and governance • Lead infrastructure management evolution via modern infrastructure-as-code solutions and unified configuration experiences (DSL, UI, CLI, API) • Partner with engineering and stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmaps that maximize business and customer impact • Develop product roadmaps, define success metrics, and drive execution and continuous evaluation • Create continuous feedback loops with Netflix engineers to surface problems and prioritize effectively • Conduct buy vs. build analysis and stay informed about industry advancements • Address product lifecycle, adoption, and migration experience; evolve Platform Engineering's customer engagement and prioritization practices Requirements: • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager • Demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS • Familiarity with modern infrastructure management approaches (infrastructure as code, cloud resource management) • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Pulumi) • Experience with cloud efficiency and optimization • Experience managing and evolving products in the cloud infrastructure space • Technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset and empathy • Strategic thinker able to connect customer use cases to technology solutions • Ability to adapt focus across multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic continuity • Comfortable applying qualitative and quantitative methods to define success • Product intuition and judgment to make decisions without perfect information • Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains and keep up with industry innovation • Excellent communication skills; timely communication with clear expectations Benefits: • Health Plans • Mental Health support • 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match • Stock Option Program • Disability Programs • Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts • Family-forming benefits • Life and Serious Injury Benefits • Paid leave of absence programs • Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off • Full-time salaried employees are immediately entitled to flexible time off Apply tot his job
