Key Responsibilities As a Product Manager, Data Science, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our AI-driven personalization initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Defining Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and business objectives to define the product strategy and vision that bridges data science, client needs, and business objectives. Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering, and Design teams to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities and lead with influence, fostering a collaborative environment. Roadmap Development: Own the roadmap informed by data-driven insights and advanced analytics, ensuring that product decisions are data-driven and aligned with business objectives. Client Empathy and Feedback: Champion client empathy and build robust feedback loops to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed. Prioritization and Stakeholder Management: Skilled in prioritization and stakeholder management, ensuring that product decisions are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5-8 Years of Product Management Experience: A strong background in product management, with a focus on data science, machine learning, and recommendation systems. Strategic Thinking: The ability to synthesize customer needs, industry trends, and company objectives to develop a compelling product strategy and vision. Client Empathy: A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to champion client empathy and build robust feedback loops. Data Analytics: A strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams. Prioritization and Stakeholder Management: Skilled in prioritization and stakeholder management, ensuring that product decisions are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with AI and Machine Learning: Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies, including recommendation systems and predictive analytics. Data Science Background: A background in data science, with experience working with data analytics and data visualization tools. Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
