The Product Manager II role involves contributing to the successful delivery of Infoblox products and integrations, driving product launches, and collaborating with global teams to ensure effective execution. Responsibilities Drive toward launching at least one integration-focused product within the first six months, operating on a fast learning curve and rapidly applying new knowledge to execution Contribute to defining product workflows, integration requirements, and user experiences for Infoblox solutions and third-party technologies Partner closely with global engineering teams (India, Canada, Mexico, U.S.) to support technical integrations, understand interoperability constraints, and ensure smooth execution Collaborate in fast paced environment, working with design and engineering to refine requirements, prioritize backlogs, and support iterative delivery Work with field teams, Sales Engineers, and Customers to learn how to engage customers, generate interest, support early-access programs, answer questions, and recruit customers Participate in user interviews, customer feedback sessions, and preview programs to gather insights that inform product requirements Draft clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that translate customer and business needs into actionable specifications Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Gamma, Figma etc.) to automate product use case, documentation, summarize customer learnings, generate FAQs, produce A/B testing insights, and streamline PM workflows Assist in integration workflow design, onboarding external partners, and defining user journeys for cross-product interoperability Shadow or support senior (C-team) leaders as needed to prepare materials, support communication, and improve cross-functional alignment Support product launches by contributing to “What’s New” content, field enablement, customer-facing documentation, and internal communications Track performance metrics related to integration health, 3P APIs, and product usage, identifying opportunities for iteration Skills 1–5 years of product management or adjacent experience (technical product owner, systems engineering, business analysis, etc.) Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline Foundational understanding of networking and security technologies, including DNS, DHCP, IPAM, SD-WAN, SSE, and/or SASE Ability to write clear and organized PRDs, user stories, and requirements Ability and willingness to operate on a very fast learning curve Strong communication skills with the ability to learn how to influence cross-functional partners, interact with customers, and engage field teams Interest in developing customer-facing confidence—learning how to recruit customers for previews, answer early product questions, and represent the PM team Motivation to work collaboratively not only with engineering but also with Sales, SEs, Customer Success, and senior (C-team) stakeholders U.S. citizenship required Networking/security certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Cloud, Security+) are a plus Familiarity with AI tools to enhance PM efficiency Benefits Comprehensive health coverage, generous PTO, and flexible work options Learning opportunities, career-mobility programs, and leadership workshops Sixteen paid volunteer hours each year, global employee resource groups, and a “No Jerks” policy that keeps collaboration healthy Modern offices with EV charging, healthy snacks (and the occasional cupcake), plus hackathons, game nights, and culture celebrations Charitable Giving Program supported by Company Match Company Overview Infoblox develops network identity solutions enabling businesses to automate network control functions to reduce costs and boost security.
