Key Responsibilities • Design and execute comprehensive research plans using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. • Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and focus groups to gather user insights. • Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential gaps. • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations for product development. • Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and compelling visualizations for stakeholders. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into product roadmaps. • Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging research tools, and market trends. • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. • Communicate research findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences. Required Skills • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with various research tools (e.g., survey platforms, analytics software, user testing tools). • Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively. • Demonstrated experience in data synthesis and insight generation. • High level of proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, arenaflex Slides, Keynote).
