Product Support Setup & Training Consultant
We’re looking for an experienced Product Support Setup & Training Consultant to help us set up and document the support processes for a SaaS-style product and train our existing support staff, who have no technical background. The initial phase of this role is focused on: • Learning and understanding the product and support workflows • Translating the product into simple, plain-English SOPs • Creating clear internal documentation and reference materials • Training our existing team so they can support the product confidently and independently • Completing a clean handover with no ongoing dependency Once this phase is complete, the work will naturally reduce, with the potential for occasional consultancy or ad-hoc support as the product evolves. This is not an ongoing customer support or ticket-handling role. Requirements: • Experience supporting or documenting SaaS or system-based products • Experience training non-technical support teams • Strong SOP and documentation skills • Ability to explain systems clearly and simply Contract: • Hourly • Initial setup and training phase, followed by optional ad-hoc consultancy Apply tot his job
