Key Responsibilities: Design and Execute Test Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive product testing plans to assess usability, functionality, and overall quality. Conduct User Testing Sessions: Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to help guide product enhancements. Analyze Test Results: Analyze test results and compile reports for product teams, providing actionable recommendations for product improvements. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to ensure product alignment with customer needs. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products, providing insights that can contribute to our product strategy.
