Responsibilities Underwriting and risk assessment Develop and expand broker relationships Build and maintain new business pipeline Adherence to underwriting strategy and guidelines Portfolio Management Compliance and documentation Market Research Occasional overnight travel required Skills In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and regulations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex risks and make sound underwriting decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and industry partners Proficiency in underwriting software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree 1 to 5 years of relevant Professional Liability underwriting experience.
