Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring
About the position Join Takeda as a Program Manager, Compliance Monitoring, where you will execute day-to-day monitoring initiatives to ensure compliance with Takeda policies and SOPs. You will also be a key forward-thinking leader in risk identification and mitigation and build an innovative function supporting achievement of Takeda's Vision. Additionally, Ethics & Compliance (E&C) will respond rapidly to changing environment and business needs; it is close to the market and encourages ethical behavior in line with Takeda's values. By working in an agile manner E&C ensuring the balance between stable structures, governance, processes and systems, and dynamic approaches to delivering innovative solutions to appropriately manage our risks. As part of the USBU Ethics & Compliance team, you will report to the Monitoring and Risk Assessment Lead and you will collaborate across all E&C teams and partner with stakeholders in USBU and business functions to embed ethics and compliance as part of the way everyone works at Takeda. Responsibilities • Accurately and completely document monitoring results, gather supporting information and prepare reports showing findings and key trends. • Proactively work with relevant stakeholders to help determine root cause and track remediation action plans resulting from monitoring findings and recommendations. • Prepare monitoring report data; communicate findings to management & E&C colleagues. • Execute on compliance monitoring and data analytics initiatives. • Provide key metrics and proactive data insights. • Support Compliance Risk Assessment and Global E&C Monitoring program and projects. Requirements • Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of compliance, audit, or commercial experience, of which 3 years in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry • Experience with laws, regulations and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including, but not limited to, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, PDMA, healthcare standard operating procedures, and anti-bribery and anti-kickback laws • Experience executing compliance monitoring within the pharmaceutical industry • Understanding of Ethics & Compliance, compliance monitoring and compliance data • Ability to work with analytics tools, databases, reporting platforms, and systems • Able to work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities • Flexibility to accommodate new projects and expanded functional scope responsibilities • Capability to lead and facilitate discussions with leadership • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Sharepoint, and PowerBI or Tableau.
